Refunds & Cancellation
All bookings require 100% advance payment for confirmation.
Proof of payment must be shared via email or official communication channels.
More than 30 days prior to check-in:
Up to 50% refund, at management discretion and depending on peak or off-peak period.
10% will be retained as processing charges.
Less than 30 days prior / No-show / Early departure:
100% retention of booking amount.
Specific promotional or non-refundable rates may carry stricter conditions, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Date or room changes are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of modification.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
In rare circumstances such as natural calamities or operational constraints:
Refunds or alternate dates may be offered at management discretion.
No additional compensation shall apply.
