the required advance payment.
All rates are subject to applicable GST

Check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are
subject to availability.
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the privacy of others.
Guests must follow property rules and safety instructions.
Guests must avoid behaviour that disturbs other guests or the surroundings.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or request early departure in cases of misconduct, without refund.
Guests will be financially responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property during their stay.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas, subject to local laws.
Outside food and beverages may be restricted or may attract corkage charges.
Use of drones is permitted only with valid government approval.
Any outdoor or special activities must be undertaken with prior approval from management.
The property shall not be liable for loss or
theft of personal belongings.
The property shall not be liable for injuries arising from guest negligence.
The property shall not be liable for events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
Accommodation policies (extra guests, children, etc.) will be communicated at the time of booking.
The property may have limited service facilities depending on room category.
Food service may be based on a curated or
pre-planned menu.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
